Raising children in a digital world isn’t easy, and parents are looking for practical, realistic support now more than ever.

St Bernard’s College is partnering with ySafe for a parent session exploring AI, gaming, social media, screen time and healthy digital habits, with practical strategies to help children build confidence, resilience and wellbeing online.

Designed for modern families, this session is supportive, relevant and full of practical takeaways for home.

- Healthy screen time and digital habits

- How to keep communication open and relationships strong in the digital years
