We have recently upgraded and made changes to parent/caregiver logins to MySBC.
These upgrades and changes are to increase security to our systems, as well as to provide parents/caregivers access to a self-service option to reset passwords and recover username information for MySBC.
Parents/caregivers can use the ‘Reset my password’ and/or ‘I forgot my username’ links on the MySBC login page by providing your current information recorded in our system. This may include your current e-mail address or mobile telephone number. An e-mail or SMS will be sent to the address or number recorded in our system to facilitate the request made.
It is important that parents/caregivers ensure that at all times all contact information is up to date, especially your e-mail address and mobile phone number. These details are managed via the ‘My Details’ tile in MySBC. https://mysbc.sbc.vic.edu.au
Parents/caregivers with old alphanumeric usernames, please note that these accounts have now been disabled.
